Custos is free with full features on the official host, and the source is public for transparency — but self-hosting, rebranding, or offering it as a competing service needs a written commercial agreement. These are fixed-price starting points, not hourly rates; the exact scope and price get confirmed by email before any work starts.
Self-host setup
Stand up your own instance — Vercel/self-managed hosting, MongoDB Atlas, the notification and reminder cron jobs, environment variables, and a working deploy checklist handed to your team.
Private deployment
A dedicated, isolated deployment under your own domain and infrastructure, with the encryption model unchanged — the operator still never sees plaintext ledger data.
E2EE / wallet-auth workshop
A half-day walkthrough of the client-side encryption model, wallet-signature sign-in, and what stays plaintext for cron/queries — for a team building something similar and evaluating the trade-offs first.
Custom privacy work
Scoped changes to the encryption boundary, data model, or retention rules for a specific compliance or product need. Quoted after a short scoping call.
